We have deep experience based on a 25 year-background in working with object-based 3D-CAD-Modeling, BIM and database development in different types and sizes of projects.
We provide a wide range of services as well as consulting on several layers of strategic topics.
CAD, Building Information Modeling (BIM) & Database Developement
Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the way to generate building and project data today and in the future. However, industrial customers in many cases have created thousands of drawings and complex database landscapes in the past 30 years. As we are much aware, this valuable data cannot always be taken over to a completely new BIM-platform in one step. Hence, we provide consultancy and support with the objective to transform data to future levels in an efficient and economical way. For example, we have much experience with developing interfaces between AutoCAD Architecture and databases (Microsoft Access, Filemaker, ORACLE).
Database Development
Our capabilities in database and software development allow us to create specific information and data using our own database tools as well as providing tools that can be developed specifically for projects. We are working with Microsoft Office Visual Basic, database development with Microsoft Access, Apple Filemaker and ORACLE and further platforms.
For capturing data on site, we develop tools that run on iPads or Windows tablets.
Site Data Management
For large customers, we provide consultancy and services on generating data for real estate management, space management and maintenance. We use our database and reporting tools to generate precise data for operative management and strategic planning as well as reporting for management decision processes.
Building Survey
Already in the 90th we have performed large 3D-surveys of many buildings, from complex production and office buildings to historic and heritage protected houses. When analyzing a building, we integrate precise measuring methods with engineering skills to make sure an accurate as-built documentation.
