Energy efficient building
We have a long experience with energy efficient building in wooden and massive construction.
Already in the 90th we began realizing housing projects, at a time, when the passive house principles were still widely unknown. Energy efficient building will be most successful when measures on several architectural layers are combined.
The concept of utilizing space, and thus cultural questions, may become even more relevant than technical questions regarding the façade systems or the technical building systems.

Utilization of non-toxic construction material is a matter of the heart for our team.
Already when developing a concept, we take much care to create easy solutions that mean the most efficient use of resources. In the detailed technical construction and design we struggle for constructions methods and materials that allow to avoid negative influence on health and ecosystems.
